		const namespacet &	ns,
		char	delimiter = '_'
	)

Build and identifier not yet present in the namespace ns based on name.

If name is not in the namespace, just returns name.

Parameters

name	initial candidate identifier
ns	namespace
delimiter	character to separate the name and a newly generated suffix

Returns

Identifier that is not yet part of the namespace.
